Located within the Kroppefjäll Wilderness Area—Southern Sweden’s largest hiking destination—we offer over 130 km of trails and 13 nature reserves. It is one of Dalsland’s most beautiful locations, where you can immerse yourself in the silence, the peace, and the magic of nature.
INSPIRATION and EXPERTISE – Let us take care of you and inspire your next adventure. Hiking on Kroppefjäll offers incredible variety, with trails ranging from short 2 km loops to challenging 32 km treks.

A hiking experience where we provide everything
2 or 3 days
Stay comfortably in one of our cabins Then explore the relaxing natural environment around us. A total of 80 km of hiking trails starting right where we are. You will get a packed lunch for your hike. Breakfast is already in the cabin and dinner is served in the restaurant (a dinner bag ready for preparation in your cabin is provided on the days that the restaurant is closed). You also have access to our sauna, which overlooks Lake Ragenrudsjön.

2026 is the year we begin creating our brand-new Welcome Center! We are starting by renovating the facilities to set a new standard for our showers and restrooms. This is the first step in a complete transformation of the building, which will eventually house our new reception, café, restaurant, and shop.
